Official Photos/Biography Guidance

Public Affairs provides official biography photos for commanders, chiefs and first sergeants. Portraits required for awards, boards and special packages are accomplished as needed, send specific photo requirements to 156wg.pa.publicaffairs@us.af.mil. 

Official biography photos will be taken in service dress (top portion only).

NOTE: Now you can take your Official Passport photo via walk-in on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1300 to 1500.  
*Individuals arriving for an official military passport photo must bring a plain collared shirt, without distracting designs or logos*

PUBLIC AFFAIRS REQUESTS

For all PA requests, please complete an AF IMT 833 Multimedia Work Order request form, sections 7-12 and 18-24. Click on the following link to download the Multimedia Work Order form. Submit the completed request to 156wg.pa.publicaffairs@us.af.mil. A member of the Public Affairs team will contact you to confirm receipt.

Please submit requests for photo support at least 72 hours in advance or 1 week for more involved assignments. Video requests should be submitted at least seven days in advance.
