Developing Women Airmen: 156 AW Holds First PRANG ‘Lean In Circle’

During the December Unit Training Assembly of the 156 Airlift Wing, Puerto Rico Air National Guard, a National Guard Bureau Diversity Program Staff Assistance Visit helped kick-off the first Lean-In Circle at any Air National Guard base in the U.S. Lean-In staff members met with 156th AW command staff and female members of the PRANG in a series of group sessions were they examined diversity gaps, problem-solved perceptions, discussed solutions, and promoted empowerment among the females of the PRANG. Lean-In staff encouraged participation of all Airmen in future Lean-In forums to promote inclusion and expand diversity understanding among members of the PRANG.
