U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Brandon Patterson, the 156th Wing public affairs officer, Puerto Rico Air National Guard, conducts media training with U.S. Army Capt. Alejandro Irizarry, the officer in charge at base camp Guayanilla, Jan. 30, 2020. The Puerto Rico National Guard has established base camps to support of the displaced residents affected by the earthquake of January 7, 2020 and its aftershocks. The purposes of the base camps are to save lives, sustain lives and protect property until municipalities can restore their ability to provide for their displaced residents.
